Q, Will I get the same cleaner each visit? A, We will always do our best to make sure that you have the same cleaner for each visit, with the exceptions of annual leave and sickness.
Q, What happens if the cleaner is off? A, Holidays will always be covered. We can generally guarantee a replacement cleaner if your cleaner is off sick but it might be at a different time.
Q, Do I supply the cleaning equipment? A, We usually supply the following: Vacuum cleaner, mops and buckets, cleaning fluids, cloths, bin liners for the cleaning. Some companies prefer to supply their own equipment and materials which will be reflected in the price.
Q, How much does the cleaning cost? A, Hourly rates can vary depending on the number of hours required, and if equipment and materials are provided by us or are already on site.
Q, How do I pay and what are the terms? A, Invoices are sent out at the end of the month and the payment terms are 30 days from invoice. We only charge for the number of hours worked.
Q, What insurance do you have? A, We have public liability insurance with £5,000,000 cover and employers liability with £10,000,000 cover.
Q, What services do you offer? A, We offer the following services: Office cleaning, commercial cleaning, medical centre cleaning, dental practice cleaning, day nursery cleaning, car showroom cleaning, washroom cleaning, non-slip floor deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, cleaning at churches, retail outlet cleaning.
Q, What if I need to cancel a clean? A, You can ring us and leave a message or email us and we will get back to you promptly.
Q, What if I want to permanently cancel the cleaning? A, Cleaning can be cancelled at any time as we don't agree with being tied into a contract.
Q, What if I want something extra cleaning? A, Simply contact us to discuss this, depending on what needs doing it can sometimes be fitted in. If it's something that may take a long time then we can do extra time.
Q, What do I do if I’m not happy with my cleaner? A, Get in touch with us and we will discuss the matter. It might just be that the cleaner doesn’t quite have a proper routine or is new and it takes a few weeks to settle in to a new job or that she/he isn’t concentrating on the areas that you prefer. We will always offer to change cleaner if that is the best resolution.
Q, Do you only clean in Rochdale? A, No, Rochdale is where we are based and is our main area. We also clean in other areas.
Staff training
We train each employee to clean and work effectively and efficiently following Health and Safety and COSHH Guidelines. Each team member is trained on how to use colour coded equipment to avoid any cross contamination issues. Monthly audits are carried out to help maintain standards.
